Many of our products on Posh Pampered Pets have free shipping either to your U.S. residence or to a valid Business address.  It is plainly spelled out when ordering the product.

Dog Fencing:

We sell FACTORY DIRECT with FREE SHIPPING to the nearest freight terminal or commerical business address in the Continental U.S. 48 States with exceptions as noted below. Some items are FREE SHIPPING to U.S. residences also and is stated on the item.

The following surcharges apply for the SILVER, GOLD, ULTRA, DIAMOND and PLATINUM Series Kennels ONLY!

 * Add $50 for shipments to states within the Pacific Time Zone.
 * $300.00 Minimum Order
 * Add $50 for RESIDENTIAL DELIVERY

 

 

Limited Manufacturers Warranty:
1. For one year from the date of original purchase, Options Plus, Inc. warrants to the purchaser of the dog kennel that, should it prove defective by reason of improper workmanship and/or material, Options Plus, Inc. will repair or replace, at its option, any defective part of the dog kennel, without charge for the part or for shipping. Replacement parts are warranted for the remainder of the original period. 2. This warranty does not cover defects in the wire enclosure caused by any animal, any physical abuse to or misuse of the dog kennel, any damage caused by the original purchaser or any third party, or any defects arising or discovered more than one year from the original retail purchase date. 3. Steps to obtain warranty service: Step 1: The purchaser must call Options Plus, Inc. at 740-694-9811, to report the alleged defect to a customer service representative or obtain missing parts. Step 2: The customer service representative will determine if the defect is covered by this warranty, and if it is, will authorize and instruct the purchaser in how to obtain corrective action. Step 3: Options Plus, Inc. may require the purchaser to present the sales receipt or other proof of purchase prior to authorizing any return or replacement. No returns or replacements will be permitted without proper authorization. If a return or replacement is authorized, you may be requested to return the item to Options Plus, Inc. or to make the item available for pick-up by Options Plus, Inc.. 4. Any express warranty not provided in the warranty document, and any remedy for breach of contract that, but for this provision, might arise by implication or operation of law, is hereby excluded and disclaimed. The implied warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any particular purpose are expressly limited to a term of one year. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you. 5. Under no circumstances shall Options Plus, Inc. be liable to purchaser or any other person for any special, incidental, or consequential damages, whether arising out of breach of warranty, breach of contract or otherwise. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. 6. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. 7. All returns will be made at the customers expense. 8. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. 9. All custom ordered kennels with customer specified sized panels are non-returnable.

Dog Clothes:

We ship within 48 business hours of receiving your order, and we ship by US Postal Service Priority Mail, which is a maximum of 3 days in the USA , and 5 to 10 days to other Countries.

Returns:
We have a 30 day refund policy except on soiled merchandise. We do not accept back soiled merchandise. If the product is returned in it's original package, there is no restock fee. However, if it is not returned in the original packaging material, there will be a 15% restock fee. Our restock fee is designed to cover employee cost of re-packaging.

Product Defects:
If we ever have a product defective, you can return it within 30 days for replacement or refund. No questions asked.

Hanna Banana:

Returns:
Hanna Banana stands behind her craftsmanship.  We guarantee our products against flaws in
workmanship.  If you notice a problem with your purchase, please contact Hanna Banana.  You may
return your purchase within 7 days to Hanna Banana in perfect, unworn condition, in original
packaging with tags attached.  Hanna Banana will issue a site credit or replacement item.  Return
shipping costs are non-refundable, and returns not due to manufacturer error will be subject to a
20% restocking fee.

Suitability:
Each customer is responsible for determining the suitability of each product to his/ her individual use.  
Hanna Banana collars and leads are not guaranteed against excessive pulling, chewing, or
scratching.  

FancyPants Collection:
The FancyPants collars are designed to be high-fashion items of apparel.  They are hand-stitched
and made with top-quality components.  They are not, however, designed for heavy wear or
rough-housing.  They are one-of-a-kind, handmade garments and should be treated with care to
maintain their durability.

We're so confident that your cats and dogs will thrive on our food that we accept returns within 30 days of the invoice date and will refund 100% of the purchase price if the product fails to meet your expectations for any reason. This Section sets forth your sole and exclusive right to refund and return. You must have a return authorization code, and you must pay the return shipping costs. Please contact Pampered Pets customer service 936-520-2903 or email us at info@poshpamperedpets.com  for a return authorization code and instructions on returning the merchandise. No refund or replacement will be issued for items returned without authorization from Posh Pampered Pets.

Damaged Shipments. If you receive a shipment that is noticeably damaged, refuse the shipment and have it returned to Flint River Ranch for replacement. If the shipment was left at your home while you were out, call UPS at 1 (800) 742-5877 and advise them that you are refusing the shipment and they will pick it up. Please call us at 936-520-2903, or email us at info@poshpamperedpets.com so that we can ensure that you get a replacement or credit.
